SDC72: Funny Halloween

Astrid is our hostess on this wicked Wednesday and here is what she has challenged you all with:

Happy Halloween, everyone! How exited, this is my first time to host a challenge. Okay... I hope you like a Halloween themed challenge, even if it's a bit last-minute ;-) Personally I thought this years Halloween couldn't be skipped on the Stampotique Challenge blog. There are so many fun Stampotique stamps that can be used for this theme. I challenge you to make something funny this Halloween. I really can't wait to see what you come up with!

Please remember you can use any stamps now for our challenge, but only one entry per person.  We will draw 2 random winners on the first week of our challenge in November from all those who played in the October challenges.

Please link DIRECTLY to your creation, not to your blog and include the challenge # behind your name (any not linking directly to your creation will be deleted and not eligible for prize).  We ask that if you have comment verification turned on, that you would consider turning this on and doing comment moderation instead.  Please use Inlinkz at top of blog to link up your challenge showing us your "Halloween Funny".

**Change to Stampotique submission rules:  You will now have until the first challenge of the following month to submit your entries-we will only have one Inlinkz per month (at top of blog); so today marks the start of the challenges for October and it will run through the close of our last challenge for October on November 6, 2012 at noon ET**

Make sure you link your creations at the top of the blog and include the SDC# in front of your name.

SDC71: Inspiration/CASE Study

Good morning Stampotique Originals followers and friends.

My name is Jenn and today I have a very inspirational challenge for all of you, that is we want to be your inspiration!  Yes, the challenge is to use us (i.e. the Stampotique Originals Designers) as your inspiration.   Pick any one of our cards, journal pages, 3D projects or altered items as the inspiration for YOUR original piece.  Some people refer to it as "casing" others call it "to case study".  All in all it refers to using someone else's original piece as your inspiration.  Whether it be the colors, the medium, or the shape...or maybe even the stamp.  Let our DT inspire you to make an original project.  Cannot wait to see what your inspiration will be!

Please make sure you link to who inspired you and what card/creation inspired you.

Please use Inlinkz at top of blog to link up your challenge showing us how you "Created your own Background".

**Change to Stampotique submission rules:  You will now have until the first challenge of the following month to submit your entries-we will only have one Inlinkz per month (at top of blog); so today marks the start of the challenges for October and it will run through the close of our last challenge for October on November 6, 2012 at noon ET**

SDC70: Backgrounds

Happy Hump Day!  Today we have a new challenge and Carol Fox is our hostess this week, here is what she has challenged you and the team with:

"It's my turn to set the theme this week for the Stampotique Designer's Challenge. I love to use my rubber stamps for my backgrounds, so this week you are challenged to use your stamps for your backgrounds, as well as your main focal image.

What I love about using your stamps in this way is that you can get a truly original background as even you will never be able to get the same one again."

Please use Inlinkz at top of blog to link up your challenge showing us how you "Created your own Background".

SDC69: Scrap It!

Today is Jo's turn to host our challenge and here is what she has challenged us with:

"It's my turn to set the theme this week at Stampotique Designer's Challenge so I decided on something that I usually avoid- using photographs along side stamping.

No...come back...don't panic, it's not as scary as it sounds!  As a non-scrapper I too, feel that fear that perhaps washes over so many when the word 'scrapping' is mentioned, but this challenge theme can incorporate your photographs in any way possible either on a page, inside a journal, on a canvas, a mini book, an altered item...anything you wish, just as long as you are using stamping somewhere too.  If you are natural scrapper, this theme couldn't be better!  And if you are not, make it work for you.  Please take a look at the fantastic contributions from the team to see how diverse the artwork has turned out to be."

Please remember you can use any stamps now for our challenge, but only one entry per person.  We will draw 2 random winners on the first week of our challenge in November from all those who played in the October challenges.

Please link DIRECTLY to your creation, not to your blog and include the challenge (any not linking directly to your creation will be deleted and not eligible for prize).  We ask that if you have comment verification turned on, that you would consider turning this on and doing comment moderation instead.  Please use Inlinkz at top of blog to link up your challenge showing us how you "Scrap-It".

**Change to Stampotique submission rules:  You will now have until the first challenge of the following month to submit your entries-we will only have one Inlinkz per month (at top of blog); so today marks the start of the challenges for October and it will run through the close of our last challenge for October on November 6, 2012 at noon ET**
