SDC85: Whatever Makes You Happy

Kaz is our hostess this week and she wants us all to get happy.

"We all have our problems in life, but life is short and we should all find something to put a smile on our faces as often as we can. So whether you choose 'happy' as your theme, your word or you use a technique that makes you smile, show me your little bit of HAPPY!"

SDC84: Love Theme

Carol is our hostess this week and here is what she has challenged the team with:

"I thought with February just around the corner it would be nice to get us all in the mood and share our love themed makes. These don't have to be with a romantic aspect, you could just celebrate that friendship you have with some one who always brightens your day just by seeing them. Or share your love of a technique, or just share your love of all things Stampotique, of course you can go full out love and romance. It is entirely up to you how you want to interpret the theme. Just make something gorgeous and share it on the Challenge Blog."

SDC83: New Year's Resolution

Hi there!  Jane here from the DT and I get to host this week's challenge!

We all make New Years resolutions..and I make many!  I am asking you to use your New Years resolution as your "inspiration" this week on your creation "Stampotique style".  It can be any!

Just keep it in mind when you create your card, altered object or journal pages.  One of my resolutions is to learn as much as I can about art journaling and that includes "letting go of insecurities".  I want to take pictures and record my life's events, paint when I feel the need and journal about what ever I feel.

I think Stampotique stamps go hand in hand with art journaling so why not?  Get going and show us your stuff!  Have fun!

Don't forget there are two $30 gift certificates up for grabs for the month of January, make sure you read ALL the rules on the linkz page below.

SDC82: Die Cuts and Punches

Astrid is our hostess this week and she has challenged us with die cuts and punches.  Here is what she says about the challenge:

Hello everyone! I challenge you to use punches and die cuts in your creation. It doesn't matter how much or what shape you use. This is a fun one :-) cause you can use any (Stampotique) stamp you have. Now I hope you have enough punches and die cuts you can choose from ;-)

Have fun with it!  Hope you will play along.

Don't forget there are two $30 gift certificates up for grabs for the month of January, make sure you read ALL the rules on the linkz page below.

Love the colors and the lettering of the month just POPPED out at me

I just adored the tree with the colorful leaves and wonderful sentiment on this journal page

I love that she used circles for the days on her calendar and kept her colors subtle
